Because of the flooding here I have been taking our NGO moto’s in to get the water cleaned out of the carburetors and tuned up a bit. There is a vocational school near our house where young men learn moto repair so I took mine there and the instructor and young men did a great job tearing it down, cleaning it up and putting it back together. I paid them more than they asked for which was a pitance.

Hi,
We are planning to visit Cambodia in few weeks, especially angkor wat area. May I ask for your help to know how is the condition over there? Is it fine to go for trip or not good idea? How bad is the flood and is it still that much effective? I knew end of Nov is not monsoon season but I am completely confused and have no idea whether they recovered from last flood or not.
So many news around and I am completely confused, some people says it is fine and some not. I really appreciate your help
Thanks!!
Tourist areas in Cambodia are unaffected. It is the farmers in their fields and poor villages that are suffering. Cambodia can use the tourism dollars for the most part. Sex tourism isn’t a help but sight seeing is good and thisis a good time to come as it isn’t as crowded this year.
